Gather at your chosen pick-up location in Singapore: either Hotel Boss Lobby by 8:30am or Suntec City Convention Centre (near the large LED screen) by 8:45am. Ensure you have your e-ticket ready for boarding and keep your passport accessible for border crossing and park entry validation upon arrival.

Must Know
- Carry a valid photo ID and your mobile or printed ticket for entry. Children under 3 years old need proof of age (NRIC/Passport) to get free admission.
- Arrive at either Hotel Boss Lobby by 8:30am or Suntec City Convention Centre near the large LED screen by 8:45am, and present your e-ticket before boarding. Keep your passport ready for border crossing and park entry validation upon arrival.
- Note that outside food and beverages are not allowed in the park. Smoking is restricted to designated areas only.
- Large luggage or oversized bags cannot be brought into the park, so pack light. Pets are also not permitted except for registered service animals.
