Getting started
To maximize your visit, arrive early. Follow the signs leading to the main entrance where you'll scan tickets and verify IDs. A quick security check is required before entry. Both digital and printed tickets are accepted, with stroller rentals available near the gate for added convenience.

Booking FAQs
Bring a valid photo ID with you for the experience. Carrying sunscreen or a hat is recommended as the resort location gets plenty of sunshine. Make sure you bring a water bottle as the resort provides multiple bottle-refill stations.
Most of the resort’s rides and attractions, shops, restaurants, and venues are ADA-compliant and wheelchair accessible. Please remember that the staff members (Model Citizens) can help guests access special ride compartments, but lifting them in or out of a ride vehicle is not permitted. Wheelchairs, strollers, and EVCs are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis.
Children aged 3-12 enjoy reduced ticket prices (carry a valid photo ID). Height restrictions can vary depending on the ride or attraction. Those under a certain age and height must be accompanied by an adult.
