Simple activation process
- Exchange your digital voucher for a physical Lisboa Card at any redemption point listed on the voucher.
- To activate it, write your name, date, and exact time of activation on the card.
- Use the card for the first time either on public transport or at a participating museum or attraction to activate it.
- Validity: Before activation, valid for 1 year from purchase. The pass activates upon first use and is valid for the number of chosen 24-hour periods. For instance, if you select a 48-hour pass and use public transport at 3pm on Monday, it remains valid until Wednesday at 3pm.
