If your ticket includes an audio guide that must be accessed via an app, iPhone users must be on iOS 18 or later to download the app. The audio guide is available on the Prado Guide app. Instructions to download will be shared with your ticket. Do bring your own headphones. The museum remains closed on January 1, May 1, and December 25. Some sections in the museum may be closed at the last minute at the authorities’ discretion.
