Your adventure begins at Kärntner Straße 19, located beneath the Steffl Department Store. This spot is a short walk from both the State Opera and St. Stephen’s Cathedral. Begin your experience with an interactive twist as you transform into a classical portrait reminiscent of Mozart's era.

Entry is limited to the specific time slot shown on your ticket. Re-entry is not permitted once you exit the venue. Bulky bags, wet jackets, or large items should be stored in the lockers or cloakroom before entering. Flash photography, tripods, and professional video equipment are not permitted. You may take photos on your phone as long as the flash is turned off. Outside snacks or beverages cannot be brought inside. There is a café in the building where you can enjoy refreshments before or after your visit. Pets and animals are not permitted inside the venue.

The Mythos Mozart exhibition takes place beneath the STEFFL department store at Kärntner Strasse 19, Vienna. The space is fully wheelchair accessible, with lifts and ramps connecting all areas, including accessible restrooms. The venue is fully climate-controlled, ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout the experience.

Plan to arrive about 15 minutes before your reserved time to allow for entry and check-in. The final admission is generally 75 minutes before closing. The entire visit takes roughly 60 minutes, making it easy to include as part of a broader itinerary in Vienna’s historic center. Due to the use of strong light projections, immersive visuals, and sound effects, the experience is not suitable for visitors with photosensitive epilepsy or similar sensitivities. Tickets are released in timed slots, and booking in advance is recommended as capacity is limited. Walk-ins may be accepted depending on availability. After your visit, stop by the SKY Café & Restaurant on the upper level of the building for panoramic views of Vienna. Visitors using discounted tickets (such as student, senior, or group rates) must present valid proof of eligibility when entering.
