The experience includes a visit to olive groves and oil mill, cellar visit, EVO oil tasting, drinks and wine, and tasting of Sicilian products: assorted bruschetta, olives and olive pate, bread and panelle, arancine, pizza al taglio, sfincione, Sicilian cheeses and cured meats, a cold pasta dish, a typical Sicilian cold main course, aubergine parmigiana or caponata, and other seasonal specialties
