Smooth activation
- Pick up your Omnia Card and Roma Pass at any designated collection points after online purchase.
- Your pass activates automatically upon first use—either at a museum/site or on public transport. If used at a site first, validate the pass by tapping it on the black contactless reader during your initial ride on public transportation.
Validity:
- Activated: Once activated (upon first use), your pass is valid for 72 hours. This period begins with your first usage, whether at an attraction or using public transport, based on the option selected.
- Non-activated: Your pass remains valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

Ticket Delivery
You will immediately receive an email with your voucher.
View the voucher on your mobile phone and show it to the attraction staff along with a valid photo ID.
Please arrive at the attraction 10 minutes before your scheduled visit time to avoid delays.

- To redeem your voucher visit one of the redemption centers in Rome and show your order number and QR code to collect your Omnia Vatican & Rome Card.

Reduced hours: October 10th and 11th, open 9AM - 1PM.
(On cctober 10/11/12th, an alternative collection point is available in the office located under the portico of the Basilica of San Giovanni, right side - next to the Holy Door, after security control.)
