Book the Osaka Amazing Pass for unlimited rides on metro, buses, and private railways in Osaka. This pass allows you to visit over 40 top attractions, including Osaka Castle Tower, Umeda Sky Building Kuchu Teien Observatory (until 15:00), Osaka Aqua-Liner, and the Dotonbori River Cruise, all for free.

Pass Options

You can choose between a 1-day or 2-day pass to fit your schedule. The Standard Version covers essential lines, while the Expanded Version includes additional routes such as the Osaka Monorail (Osaka Airport–Expo ’70 Commemorative Park) and Kita-Osaka Kyuko Railway (Esaka–Senri-Chuo).

Additional Information

Please note that the Tsutenkaku Special Outdoor Observation Deck requires an additional on-site fee. The pass is valid for individuals weighing under 100 kg and aged between 7 to 65 years old. Be sure to tap “Start Using” after 3:00 am on the day of use. No child fare is available, and an extra charge applies when taking reserved seats on limited express trains on Kintetsu or Nankai Railway.

As of November 26, 2025, the OSAKA WHEEL will be temporarily out of service due to lightning damage. Thank you for your understanding.

Must Know

  • Once you press the "Start Using" button on the e-ticket, the e-ticket cannot be canceled for any reason (including accidental early activation before arrival or temporary unavailability of some transportation facilities)
  • The operating time of each facility is subject to change due to holidays, exhibitions, maintenance and seasonality
  • If the ticket is in use but you accidentally click “Request Cancellation,” the order status will change to “Cancellation Requested,” and the voucher will temporarily be hidden from the order page. In this case, to continue using the voucher while customer service is working to resolve the issue, find the original voucher sent at the time of purchase in your account's email inbox
  • Please only make the booking 3 months before the expected use date. No refunds for expiration caused by early booking
  • To use two 1-Day Tickets on two different days, please book the two tickets separately. If the two tickets are in the same booking, they will be activated at the same time and cannot be used separately
  • If you purchase 2 or more e-tickets at the same time, all e-tickets can only be used on the same device. To use the tickets separately on different devices, please book separately

  • Please do not click any "Start Using" button before the use date. Also, please keep in mind that once you activate any of the Osaka Amazing Pass e-tickets, the status of all e-tickets will change to "In Use" and will be non-refundable
  • Tickets cannot be issued separately. For multiple uses, please see "Caution for Group Use on train": English, Traditional Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Simplified Chinese
  • iOS 15 or above / Safari (latest version), Android 10.0 or above / Chrome (latest version) are recommended for e-tickets
  • Note that even if your phone meets the above versions, certain devices or  environments may prevent you from viewing the website
  • If the page does not appear when tapping the link directly from the KKday App, please copy the URL and use the e-ticket in the recommended browser
  • No ticket reissue/refund if you fail to present the e-ticket due to your device issue (lost, malfunction, dead battery, etc.)
  • If you have contactless payment on your device (Mobile PASMO, Mobile Suica, or Apple Pay), the application may not respond. In such cases, please use the manual ticket gate
  • Please disable dark mode or incognito mode before using the ticket
  • Screenshots of the QR code will not be accepted for admission
  • Bring a smartphone with a camera and internet access; non-smartphones cannot use this e-ticket
  • When taking the train, use the QR code at the ticket gates that support the QR code scanning for entry and exit. When traveling in group, each passenger's unique QR code is on the same device. Scan them separately and enter and exit together
  • On buses, board directly. Before alighting, scan the QR code inside the bus before showing the verification screen to the bus attendant. When traveling in group, alight together without splitting up. (Verification screen is valid for 15 minutes; be mindful of the timing when scanning)
  • At participating facilities, scan the QR code inside the facility and show the verification screen to the staff. Each facility's QR code can only be scanned once, and the verification screen is valid for 5 minutes; be mindful of the timing when scanning
  • For facilities and shops offering discounts, show the "Special Offers" verification screen of the Osaka Amazing Pass to the staff

Cancellation Policy
