After booking, you'll receive a voucher. Please note that regardless of any specific date printed on it, your voucher has a 1-year validity from the date of purchase. This isn't your Pass. The Prague Visitor Pass must be activated before use, which can be done through the app or by visiting one of the Tourist Information Centres listed in the meeting point section. Once activated, the Pass won't be refundable and will be valid according to the selected duration, that is 48, 72 or 120 hours

The pass is available in 2 formats: choose either a physical card (Pass) - to be redeemed at one of the Tourist Information Centres - or an electronic version (e-Pass) directly on your smartphone
