Food and drink are restricted in some areas, especially within the Castle. Alcohol is not permitted within the site. Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience

The castle grounds include uneven paths and steep climbs, which may not be suitable for individuals with mobility challenges. There is limited wheelchair access.

Audio guide is available on the Headout app. Instructions to download will be shared with your ticket. Do bring your own headphones. Ticket holders can visit anytime during opening hours. Expect crowds during peak times; early visits are recommended for a quieter experience. After booking, you will receive an email with further instructions on how to access and download your audio tour. Please check your email spam folder as well. The castle is closed on January 1, May 1, Dec 24 and 25.
