Please be informed that a traveler's age will be calculated using the date of entry, not the date of booking. In the event of any discrepancies, no refunds will be granted

Children aged under 2 years may enter for free of charge, please bring their children’s passports to show upon arrival. A copy or a photo of a passport that shows the passport holder's age is acceptable.

Glass Bottom Boat: Suitable for children aged 2 years and above. Children under 2 years old are not permitted to participate due to safety policy. Parents must sign the GBB Parental Consent Letter for children aged 2–3 years before participating. Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older. This add-on requires a valid SEA LIFE admission ticket (sold separately). No refunds will be issued without admission

4D Movie: Recommended for children aged 3 and above. Children under 3 years old should be seated in the priority seat. A minimum height of 100 cm is required to experience the 4D Movie

Boarding a glass-bottom boat allows you to embark on an amazing ride and grants you unique views of marine life. A knowledgeable Sea Life staff member will be there to guide you through the whole experience. Looking for a bigger thrill? You can go diving with sand tiger sharks. You may also opt to catch a 4D movie at the in-house cinema or learn about the facility's conservation efforts.
