Getting started
Begin your journey at Adventure Cove Waterpark for your Discover Scuba Diving programme. Upon arrival, meet with your PADI instructor to complete a briefing and get fitted with scuba gear before starting the training session.
- Master essential diving skills: Engage in a PADI Discover Scuba Diving course that includes fundamental theory, safety protocols, equipment handling, and confined-water practice in preparation for your dive.
- Explore the Open Ocean Habitat: Accompanied by an instructor, descend to 12 metres into the habitat where you'll encounter manta rays, sharks, and other marine life within a safe environment.
- Dive with assurance: A certified PADI instructor will be with you throughout your dive, providing support and ensuring your comfort at every stage.
- All necessary equipment is provided: You'll receive all required scuba gear and a wetsuit for the experience. Additionally, a course booklet and certificate of completion are included to commemorate your first dive.

Participants must not engage in air travel within 12 hours after a single dive or within 18 hours after multiple/repetitive dives.
This experience is not wheelchair accessible. Chronic health conditions, certain medications, and/or recent surgery may require you to get written approval from a physician before diving.
The minimum age for participation is 10 years old. The date of participation must be on or after the participant’s 10th birthday. All participants must complete and sign the liability and medical/health declaration forms onsite prior to the dive. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian (above 21 years old) present onsite to complete and sign the liability and medical/health declaration forms before diving. For PADI Open Water Diver Course, basic swimming skills are required: the ability to float in deep water and swim 200m unaided or 300m with a snorkel, fins, and a mask. For Open Ocean Dive, participants must possess dive certification from an internationally recognised organization. Participants must produce the dive certification upon check-in and at the dive site. For PADI ReActivate, participants are required to have a PADI (Junior) Open Water Diver certification or equivalent. On 14 Jul, 31 Jul, 3 Sep, and 15 Oct 2026, the operating hours of Singapore Oceanarium will be 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM due to a private event.
