- No flash photography, selfie sticks, or tripods are allowed inside the exhibition.
- Avoid wearing high heels, flip-flops, sandals, or carrying large bags to ensure a safe visit. Re-entry is not permitted once you leave.
- Children under 3 years old cannot enter "Massless Clouds Between Sculpture and Life". Children aged 13 and below must be accompanied by an adult who has paid for admission.
- Your ticket is valid within the same calendar month of booking, so plan your visit accordingly. Be aware that some areas may get wet; protective gear can be requested if needed.
