Smooth activation
- To get started, download the Go City App. Follow your order confirmation's instructions to sync your pass with the app.
- Your pass becomes active once you visit an attraction for the first time!
- If you prefer a traditional approach, print your pass at home using the link in your confirmation email. Alternatively, display it on your phone.
- The Go City app offers numerous features to assist with itinerary planning, checking opening times for attractions, and making reservations where necessary.
- Validity: Your pass is activated upon visiting the first attraction and remains valid for the number of calendar days specified (not 24-hour periods). For instance, a 3-day pass used on Monday afternoon covers that day plus Tuesday and Wednesday. An unactivated pass retains its validity for one year from purchase.
