If an infant (1 yo & below), in a stroller or being carried by their guardian, is not capable of wearing it, it will be allowed as long as he/she is accompanied at all times by their guardian. Please note that security may call your attention, but kindly explain that the infant is not capable and that their guardian is accountable for the infant’s safety at all times
