Thorpe Park may not be suitable for guests with back or neck issues, cardiac conditions, high blood pressure, motion sickness, recent surgery, or pregnancy. Guide dogs are welcome in the park but are not permitted on rides.

Height restrictions vary by ride, generally between 1.4 m and 1.96 m. Re-entry requires a hand stamp before exiting the park.
