What you can expect

You'll explore Istanbul's magnificent Topkapi Palace at your own pace with skip-the-line access and an app-based audio guide. There's also the option to upgrade your ticket to include entry to the iconic Hagia Sophia and Basilica Cistern.

Your booking includes timed entry to Topkapi Palace (closed Tuesdays) at one of the following slots: 09:30, 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30, 12:00, 12:30, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00, or 16:00. You'll meet your host near the main gate of Topkapi Palace, who will lead you inside to bypass the ticket queues.

Once inside, you can launch your audio guide on your smartphone to enhance your visit – download instructions will be provided after booking. You'll wander through the palace grounds and gardens, discovering centuries of Ottoman Empire history through ancient art and architecture.

The palace houses timeless collections including the Harem, where you can admire astonishing royal jewellery and holy religious relics. Your audio guide will share fascinating stories about the lives of sultans and their courts as you explore at your leisure.
