This experience is partially wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible. Complimentary adult carer/companion tickets can be obtained on the day of your visit upon presentation of proof of supporting documents (such as a Blue Badge, Freedom Pass, DLA letter or PIP letter) at the Ticket Office. The Crown Jewels are a working collection and as a consequence, the display is subject to change without prior notice due to security reasons. Your ticket is valid for one entry only. No re-entry is permitted. Some Beefeater meet and greets take place outside the King’s House, a restricted area normally off-limits to the public. The early-morning tours start at 8:15am or 8:30am, depending on the tour provider. Please check your booking voucher so you don’t arrive early or late. The afternoon experience is only available on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
