Smooth activation
- The Dubai Turbopass City Pass is tailored to suit your exploration needs with options available from 1 to 7 days. A ‘day’ starts at 12 am and ends at midnight of the same day.
- Your pass becomes active when you first use it at an attraction or tour, remaining valid for all subsequent chosen days.
- Each included attraction can be visited once without additional fees during your pass’s validity period.
- A valid photo ID such as an identity card, passport, or driver's license is recommended for verification purposes.
- Please note: Some attractions may require security checks which are mandatory. These checks can take longer due to public authority directives and should be respected by all visitors.
- If your plans change, you have the option to cancel your pass up to 24 hours before its first day of validity.
