Smooth activation
- Your digital pass will be sent via email, complete with a guide detailing attractions' operating hours, special terms and conditions, security checks, among other information.
- In the received email, you'll find a link to your pass. Clicking this opens it but requires activation for the desired date of use. Post-activation allows for necessary pre-bookings. Note that scanning the QR code at attractions is only possible after activation.
- Use your pass immediately at any attraction or tour by showing either a digital version or a printed copy.
- The validity of the pass spans 1 to 5 consecutive calendar days, from midnight to midnight on the final day.
- This pass remains valid for 12 months starting from its purchase date.
- If your Turbopass hasn't arrived, please check your spam or junk email folders.
